In November Tom taught another turbine build course at CAT. The group carved a couple of sets of blades and chose the closest 3, wound 6 coils and cast a stator. On the Sunday they put everything together to make a complete 1200 recipe book Piggott machine but as is often the case at the end of a course the wind chose to calm down so they weren’t able to see it spin up!
